Below-knee length black dress has a pleated skirt and below-elbow length batwing or dolman sleeves. The skirt is micro-pleated over the hips, then extends into narrow pleats. The cowl neck is inset in a V neck front. There's a matching tie and the waist is on elastic. Fabric is polyester. Made in Australia. Brand is Zora. Late 1970s-early 1980s.
